I have over 25+ years of senior level law enforcement and leadership experience engaging in technical based projects, programs, and initiatives in both the private, public sectors as well as the local, state, federal, and international levels. Over the years I have earned a reputation as a professional whose leadership strategy is rooted in a consistent, ethical, and results-oriented approach to leadership. Employing a carefully cultivated skill-set, a multifaceted background, and a pragmatic approach to leadership, I have advised law enforcement agencies in 50+ countries as a risk and security expert, coached and trained hundreds of senior officials, facilitated pre-deployment training for hundreds of regional security officers on behalf of the United States Department of State (DOS), and spearheaded onsite training and guidance for more than 3k Greek police officers in preparation for the Athens-based 2004 Olympic Games.
